Privacy Policy

CheatSupply (cheatsupply.com) is a price-comparison and status-tracking website for game software. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

If you browse without an account: we do not require you to sign in, and we do not build an advertising profile of you. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may record aggregate usage such as which pages are popular. A small amount of state, like whether you dismissed a pop-up, is kept in your browser's local storage on your device, not on our servers.

If you sign in with Discord: through Discord's OAuth we receive your Discord username, avatar, Discord user ID and email address. We store these along with the data the features need to work: your points balance, daily check-in streak, spin history, coupon wins and giveaway entries.

If you opt in to auto-join our Discord: with your permission we use Discord's API to add you to our server. You can leave the server at any time from Discord.

We never see or store your Discord password, sign-in happens entirely on Discord. We do not ask for or store payment card details, because purchases happen on third-party seller sites, not here. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

To run your account and the rewards features (points, spins, giveaways), to verify giveaway steps such as Discord membership, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse such as multiple accounts, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it.

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication) and Discord (sign-in and, if you opt in, server membership). We also read public status data from the WEAO tracker, this involves no personal data of yours. Outbound links to sellers are governed by those sellers' own privacy policies once you leave our site.

We use only what the site needs to function: an authentication session when you are signed in, and local storage for small preferences like dismissing a prompt. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and associated rewards data, except anything we are required to keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, or to delete your account, email privacy@cheatsupply.com. You can also revoke CheatSupply's access from your Discord account settings at any time.

CheatSupply is not directed at children, and accounts are intended for users old enough to use Discord and to enter a contract in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.
